FILLING LINES FOR BUCKETS BUCKETLINE
FILLMATECH manufactures complete lines for filling and closing buckets. The lines are designed for filling buckets in the range of 1 to 30 kg. Single-row machine achieves an output of 600 to 720 buckets per hour / 10 kg, 300 buckets / hr. / 20 kg. Double-row machine capacity is doubled.

Lines may consist of the following components:
- Destacker of buckets
- Equipment for bucket cleaning (cleaning by application ozonous air, hydroperoxide, vapour)
- Buckter orientation
- Filling unit with a the filling from the bottom
- Injection of inert gas
- Station for application of top foil
- Lids destacker
- Unit for cleaning of the lids (variants: ozonized air, peroxide, vapour)
- Station for placing of the lids
- Station for pushing lids on the buckets
- Labeling station with thermotransfer printer or ink jet
- Control station (control of application of labels, printing, lid presence)
- Discharging defectively sealed buckets or buckets of defectively applied or printed label
- Completed sealed buckets paletization
- Wrap pallets with buckets with stretch film
