AUTOMATIC LINEAR CAPPING MACHINES CAPLINE CN 1 & 2

Linear capping machines are designed for closing the stable containers (bottles, jerri cans) with screw caps or press on caps.

They are manufactured in two versions.

Capline CN 1 has only one station for feeding and closing caps (capacity up to 1500 bottles per hour).

Capline CN 2 has a station for putting a cap and tighten at the first thread and closing station, where the cap is tighten to the required torque (capacity 2200 bottles per hour).

By using servomotor for tightening caps is achieved an precise torque.

Automatic orientation of caps is provided according to the type of cap by using rotary, vibration or belt orientators.
